Common questions
Is the money real?
No. Everyone starts with $10,000 of pretend money. You can't deposit, withdraw or win real money, and nothing in the app is investment advice.
Are the prices real?
Yes. They are real U.S. stock prices, delayed by about 15 minutes. When the market is closed, prices don't move, and new orders fill at the next market update.
Who can use Sprout Street?
Anyone aged 13 or older.
How do I report or block someone?
In a league, tap the person's card, then choose Report or Block. League owners can also remove members. You can also email us.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Me → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and all of its data.

在联赛里点对方的卡片，选「举报」或「屏蔽」。联赛建立者还可以把成员移出联赛。也可以直接写信给我们。
忘记密码怎么办？
在登录页点「忘记密码？」，我们会发一封邮件，帮你设置新密码。
怎么删除账号？
「我」→「删除账号」，会永久删除账号和全部数据。
